    I have a negative at-risk balance in the sportsbook and am not able to make wagers. Could someone please fix this?

    Has happened to me before as well and chat usually works but there hasn't been anyone available the three or four times I've tried since yesterday afternoon.

    After Genie fixes it make a small bet on a future like this (whether you like it or not)

    It's a long weekend - Good Friday for some yesterday, Good Friday for Costa Rican staff today. I can't fix it for you but if you send Genie a PM I'm sure she will when she's back at work on Saturday.
