They are good but not worth the price. Not a big burger guy. I'd rather have denver cuts all day everyday

I had a small 8oz tenderloin at a Republic Chop House, it was good but not worth the $59. According to our server, the cows get daily massages before they are butchered.

Yes. It can be good. But for that price it is probably domestic Wagyu, which isn’t really Wagyu because Wagyu basically means “Japanese cow”. Probably still good though.

Was reading that the cows can fetch up to 30k each. I’ll give it a shot with the burgers.

    Hoping you’re well Greaser

    Just get the steak

    Big, bone in Wauygu ribeye

And then just know they are so well marbled that you absolutely CANNOT leave the grill or it will flare up and burn

    Try: www.snakeriverfarms.com.

I've had the American Gold Grade Manhattan NY Filets. Perfect but expensive.

I only eat grass fed and wagyu and its 75% Wagyu strip steaks..... I don't have a family so I just tell myself I am providing for a family of 4 lmao.....I do it for the healthy fats and can honestly say I tell a difference... Its better than prime but are there prime cuts that compete---sure....

The American and Australian don't compare to the Japanese obviously but they are still a step above normal cuts imo.

When i treat myself to beef, i buy from Lobels of NY or SnakeRiver farms. Not cheap but the best quaility. jmo.

With no source listed on that website-for the price I'd lean to these for 1/3 the cost...

ya for that price it's probably American Wagyu which is supposedly not as good as the Japanese real version. I haven't tried it buy i've heard the steak version is the way to go. With burger you might not know the difference and it's probably just as good to get a quality chuck/brisket blend burger patty

With these online sites, is there a huge backup in ordering since more people are buying online because of corona?
