Did you notice these old threads?

    https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...on24-bets.html
    https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...no-payout.html

Not a lot of info but if same operators at least they have been around for a while.

Sorry, my bad. Why didn't I use the search function before?

Anyway, I made the exact same experience like Winpro in the other thread.

The difference is I cannot even log into my account (error note: access to selected account not allowed). Three weeks ago I made a deposit but didn't place a bet because the limits were max 5 EUR on any event, even UEFA Champions League. So I moved on to another site. A week later I wanted to check if I can withdraw my funds from Action24 without having completed a one time turnover of the deposit. But by that time my account already has been closed. I tried to reset my password but the reset link leads to a site called wettstar-sportwetten.de which seems to be an affiliate site of Action24. However Wettstar denies any links to Action24.

Action24 itself completely ignores all of my requests (tried support@action24.com; legal@action24.com; office@action24.com)

According to the legal notice of Action24 Arland Trading GmbH is the company that is responsible for the payments of Action24 (and also the software provider) but Arland doesn't reply either.

It's so weird. When you vist https://www.arland.at/ there is a button called "DEMO WEBSITE". If you click on it you will be redirected to the Action24 website. So maybe this site is only for demo purposes (expo, events, presentations etc). As mentioned before the betting limits are maximum 5 EUR on any events. If you look at the TOP PUNTER OF THE WEEK list in the bottom left corner you can only see betslips with stakes of 1 to 5 EUR but indeed they are from the last days and weeks. So there must be players who use this site OR it's a 100% demo site which accidentally has been opened for registering.

I also contacted their licensor CEG and Ecopayz which was the payment method I used for the deposit. CEG didn't reply not surprisingly but Ecopayz promised to contact Action24 and get back to me as soon as they receive an answer.

Good to see that user Winpro got paid in the end. But I wonder what is going on with that site. Should have checked the threads earlier.

    That is strange.

It has an active license seal. I doubt they would waste that money for a demo site.

Wayback shows it had the same design for many years but changed to the current layout between Aug and Nov 2018.

You're right. But who operates a site with a general max bet of 5 EUR? I can't find a reasonable explanation for that

The names of the players in that winners list are weird: Konstantin, Gerhard, Ioannis but Admin001?

Admin001 is obviously someone who tested the site

Ecopayz received a reply from Action24 within a day. I am still waiting for more than two weeks.

No idea what the hell is going on with that book

A player said to me today, "why will the book talk to you but it ignores me. I feel like I'm going through a breakup and her friend has to relay everything to me."

    Good comparison.

The thing is I did not even place a bet. I just want my deposit back. I'm already investing way too much time into this and I do not know why

Some books are just a mystery to me. I'm sure I will get back my money but it looks like I have to send another 3 or 4 or 5 emails and wait another 1 or 2 or 3 weeks

Update: I managed to regain access to my account by putting my username into the PW reset field instead of my email address.

I already had an account at Wettstar before where I used the same email address as I used for Action24. When I put in my email address into the password recover field at Action24 I received an email from Wettstar. The password recover process only works by using the username, not by using the email address if you had an account at Wettstar before. I hope they will fix that.

Nevertheless I still did not receive a reply from them. And I'm not able to make a withdrawal either. It says "Unfortunately no payment providers have been cleared for your account. Please contact our support." But the support keeps ignoring me.

The licensor CEG didn't reply either.

The only one that replied was Ecopayz. They said (both emails from May 10):

    Dear Bastian,

We are writing with regard to your ecoAccount.

As we were informed, the merchants has already contacted you regarding the issue you have experienced with your account on their end.

Seems that you have two accounts with the merchant, one of them is closed and the other one is fully active and ready to use.
The merchant has informed that us that currently you should not have any further problems with account usage on their end.

Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.

    Best regards,
    The ecoPayz Team
    Dear Bastian,

Thank you for contacting the ecoPayz Team!

Please note that, upon our email to the merchant itself, they have confirmed that they will contact you via email. You may expect their email, however, please make sure to check the spam folder in your inbox, as the email might go there by mistake.

Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.

    Best regards,
    The ecoPayz Team
BTW here is some proof for the weirdness of this book:

5 EUR max bets on any market (UEFA CL, Bundesliga, MLB etc):

No one is able to bet more than 5 EUR:

What the F is this book about?

    - 5 EUR general max bet on ANY market for ALL customers
    - Support does not answer my emails for 3 weeks but answers Ecopayz within a day claiming they've already contacted me which is not true
    - Withdrawal not possible

Action 24 still didn't manage to contact me although they claimed the opposite towards Ecopayz.

Ecopayz is refusing to forward alternative email addresses of mine, neither are they willing to hand out the email address they got from Action24.

So the situation is stucked now because of Ecopayz not willing to cooperate.

Thank you for contacting the ecoPayz Team!

Please be informed that we have received an information from the merchant that they have contacted you regarding your issue.
No, the merchant has not contacted me.

Why do they keep claiming that they have contacted me if it's not true?

In the meantime I've uploaded all the required documents only to find out that they have rejected my ID card and my driver's license (status: unclear) one day later. The withdrawal section is still a blank field with no option to request a withdrawal.

And they still refuse to contact me.

    I've made a thread in a betting forum: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3542189-any-experiences-action24-com.html

If they want me to clarify the issue they have to contact me now. This is the fourth week waiting for a reply from them. I'm just trying to recover my deposit. I did not place a bet. I did not take a bonus. I just want my deposit back. It's inacceptable how the merchant is handling this issue.

Can you please forward them my alternative email addresses:

    ...@gmx.de
    ...@gmail.com
    ...@nym.hush.com

Please tell them to send their email to all of these addresses. These are three different email providers. One of them has to work. Should I not receive an email within the next days I have to assume that Action24 is a fraud.

I will also consider legal steps.

    Bastian
Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide your private contact information to the merchant.

It could be possible that the merchant has contacted you via a different email. We can advise checking the email address you registered on their site and using it to communicate with the merchant or contacting the merchant from the email addresses you mentioned.
The easiest way for the merchant to contact me would be by simply answering my emails
We kindly inform you that we received the information from the merchant that you had been contacted by them.

Could you please double check your e-mail box?
I did and I did not receive anything.

Can you please give me their email address?
We kindly ask you to try to reach out the merchant once again by yourself.

Additionally, please be informed that we have contacted the merchant again asking to contact you.
I've sent them a dozen of emails in the past 3 weeks to:
    support@action24.com
    office@action24.com
    legal@action24.com

They did not respond one single time.

So why don't you ask them for permission if you're allowed to forward the email address you got from them?
We are very sorry to inform you that we are unable to provide the e-mail address that was used in communication between us and the merchant.
    Okay, so that was it.
My 500 EUR are lost because Action24 didn't manage to contact me and because of Ecopayz refusing to forward my details or to hand out their email address.

    Thanks for nothing.
We kindly inform you that due to Privacy Policy we cannot forward any personal information (such as e-mail address) to any third parties.

As we have mentioned in the previous email we had contacted the merchant asking to contact you once again.

We are very sorry that you have encountered those difficulties, unfortunately due to the fact that we are not a party in this situation, the actions that can be taken by us are very limited.
"unfortunately due to the fact that we are not a party in this situation, the actions that can be taken by us are very limited."

Yeah, of course. And due to the fact you are not a party in any of these situations you can still reverse a money transfer from a merchant to a customer (You cancelled a payment from Forvetbet on February 27 without informing me) but not the other way around.

I only asked you to forward my alternative email addresses. That simple step could solve this issue immediately! I allow you to forward these email addresses to the merchant. What are you talking about privacy policy?

Please help me to solve this situation!

We have received your query and upon review, we wanted to let you know we need some additional time to fully respond.

We always aim to get back to you as soon as possible, so it shouldn’t take too long, but might be a few days during busier periods.

This is almost comical but no use arguing with Ecopayz over the email thing. I'd keep at Ecopayz to reverse the deposit though, instead of passing on email addresses.

I've found out that they've anwered me via their ticket system all the time on support.action24.com This ticket system is supposed to send an email automatically if a ticket has been created. For some reason it didn't work until yesterday.

So now, after 3 1/2 weeks, I am finally able to communicate with the book. What a journey.

Today I received my money. But they charged a 15 EUR fee without informing me. 15 EUR fee although I had to wait almost 5 weeks. Ridiculous book.

    DO NOT EVER REGISTER THERE!

/ I received a refund of the 15 EUR fee after I claimed it
