In the past 3/4 years, 5 owners I know have been murdered in cold blood inside their liquor stores. Every time I walk out of the store with money to take to the bank, at night, I get this bad feeling in my stomach that I am next. I am ready to move on and this is really the only thing I have known for most of my life, so I was wondering what you think could be something that will be good for the next 15 yearsish. He contracted with a hotel/convention center for him to supply and service a top of the line setup to help attract conference users, and the rental fees go to him directly. Pulls in about 5k per conference almost 52 weeks per year.
