    watched this movie on hbo at least a half dozen times on hbo while staying with my cousin all summer in gainsesville fla -- back when hbo had about five decent movies a month and played them all day endlessly every five to six hours, as it was the only decent one in the mix that month.... practically knew every line word for word, and presumbably rubbed out dozens at the thought of nailing "that appolonia babe".....

    this stuff even hit i t big in bothgainesville and college station at the time:

    hell, even told my wife that last weekend; still quotin' Morris three and a half decades later.....

    Morris Day’s still got it. Saw him and The Time live in Austin about 5 years ago. Great show.

    all kiddin' aside, watch out for xanax.... the worst dwi cases I have or have ever had to represent were actually xwd....

    xanax with little alcohol combined to produce total blackout driving, winding up sixty miles away from home, with cinder blocks in their laps from the fences and houses they plowed into.....

    xanax and driving tenX worse than dwi..........

    ACL Moody Theater. Downtown Off third street and south first. Where they film Austin City Limits. My favorite venue in Austin.
