After analysing the brain scans of more than 25,000 adults, the team found that any alcohol consumption was linked to a decline in brain matter, with its effect exceeding that of smoking or being overweight.

Truth be told, there is a drinking problem among 20-35 year olds. I'll go so far as to say it's within the female population more then the male.
The issue the left is afraid to address is single motherhood & alcohol use. It's a catastrophe.
This younger generation the 1st generation to actually buy in, hook line & sinker, to the marketing of alcohol products and celeb appeal. Was never 'easy' for prior manufacturers to generate a fan base for a brand as it is today...
Something will have to be done to get the women under control, their drinking is destroying the country's nuclear family.

They didn't. In fact something like 10 Southeastern states (the Solid South...Dixie...home of the KKK and all that other great Democrat history) remained dry for years after. I think Mississippi was dry till the 60s and half of it still is today. There's dry areas in KY & TN still, remnants of Democrat policy from a bygone era.
