Anyway, I now own a nice [used] RV. I was given several keys to it when I purchased it a while back.
I used the one key and remote, solely for days, now, and after the RV being locked for the night, I tried a different key, and presto, an alarm that would wake up the dead, goes off. And goes off and off.
Keys are identical. How to stop this sob from going off without screwing up my entire electronic system, is the question?
The alarm will stop after about 30 to 45 seconds, but will, again if you do anything, like open a door, there she goes again.
I plead guilty, for I know nothing about electronics and so far, no one locally has stepped up to help solve the mystery.
Especially the sales clientele.
*And I forgot? This RV as of now is useless until I find the answer. No engine, no hood release, no starting.
I was able to use the window buttons, as strange as that seems.
Thanks ahead of time.
