    A Ukrainian Boeing-737 with more than 170 people on board has crashed in Iran, officials say.
    Iran's Red Crescent said there was no chance of finding survivors.
    The Ukraine International Airlines plane crashed just after take-off from Iran's Imam Khomeini airport in Tehran, said the Fars state news agency.
    The plane was flying to the Ukrainian capital Kyiv. Ukraine's government said a crisis group was being set up to investigate the crash.
    President Volodymyr Zelensky was cutting short a trip to Oman and returning to Kyiv, a statement said. "My sincere condolences to the relatives and friends of all passengers and crew," he said in a statement.

    We will see if Iran will allow access to black box and flight recording transmissions to Ukraine and other foreign countries ' investigators.

    Due to timing and location questions will abound about possible cover up of a false trigger of some anti aircraft type missile that was online only because of the earlier attacks, or a drone or even manned irianian aircraft flying in wrong air zone. But something like a drone returning from surveiling the attacked us military bases is conceivable.

    Seeing as how the iranian military actions may have netted just damage to facilities and no us soldier casulities . It would be incredibly embarrassing and enraging for Iran officials to have the net outcome of their military actions to end up being their own civilians and a lot of Canadians with Iranian heritage

    They would be a laughing stock of so many and I would think international consequences would be coming.

    One interesting aside is that USA ordered all us operated carriers to not use airspace over Iran or the Gulf just yesterday.

    Propaganda is people who believe solemani was in Iraq for peace keeping or that he fought ISIS.



    If you look at images from wreckage it doesn't look like any mechanical issue. Unless they mean mechanical issue from a missile sending shrapnel into the plane.


    Also plane was just inspected two days ago and the fact they had sudden lost of data communications is very unusual.

    Iranians will not give up the airplanes black boxes.. This is on the news now.. That admits guilt of some kind to me...

    I'm convinced now a surface to air missile probably took out this plane. Whether it was an accidental miss fire by some Iranian idiot manning the missiles launch pads or not is yet to be determined? I don't see what benefit it would be to the Country of Iran to take out this Commercial airliner on their own turf?

    A lot of Canadians died, no Americans..

    ps... it was shot down by an automated anti-missille defense system, mounted on a vehicle..... some guy set it an "auto" as opposed to manual, probably so he could get his jerk on..... system detected the jet, locked on it, and fired itself automatically.....
