    He was released shortly after being jailed. charges were dropped I think not sure though. Saw a Facebook group calling the cop a Nazi. fukk him for sure

    Couple things wrong with this.... but it is a lesson learned....

    1. The cop should of given him a 2nd warning after he was briefed by his captain/sergeant over the radio... as to.... the upgraded charge. Clearly, the cop didn't.

    2. One of my good friends is a cop and you make the city you work in more revenue.... when towing a vehicle... and upgrading charges. You wouldn't think the "towing company" is in bed with the city???? Yes, they are. So, all around... when you arrest someone... there's more revenue to be made.

    The only person who is fukked.... is you.

    We all know they are pigs... just not wise to be a prick... just remove one of the stickers and let it go.

    Does he deserve $5k-$20k for the hassle and denial of rights? Sure, agree. What I don’t like is how juries will award this guy life changing money say 100k-1M, thus taking a police officer or two off the street and some area that would have been patrolled but now isn’t suffers a robbery, rape or murder. Overtime more crimes leads to more stereotyping and bad policing, just further enhancing the problem and repeat.

    That’s a whole different rabbit hole though, the madness of jury awards these days.

    Just to clarify - this idiot doesn't deserve anything - - but neither do any of the other frivolous B.S. "lawsuits" where your "rights" were "denied".     1. Officers like this is why so many have a problem with the police in general these days.
