    yes.... keep feet warm..... just started a few years ago... sleep alot better....

    I got long legs...they end up hanging over the end of the bed....

    When I was in my 20`s and 30`s I had to have my socks on and the TV on when I went to bed. My wife put up with that all them years. Im 64 years old and to this day I don`t understand why.

    If I don't have a TV then all I have is my thoughts. I think that's what fcked me up the most from jail. Staring at a wall with only yourself can fck a man up.
