Fellas I need your honest opinion on this one here
Is this a justifiable infraction or is Shari snowflaking on me here?
I mean, I already know that she hates my guts (I honestly don't think that it's humanly possible to get as many infractions, as I got from her over the course of last 2-3 years), but I see here shit a lot worse, than my post, fly everyday no problem.
Do we really have someone that soft on this board who can get offended by something like this?
Or am I just being targeted by Shari for no reason here?

Yes, seems like she is out to get you. Is there an inappropriate language bank of words? Is there sometimes when the use of xxxshark is appropriate and other times it is not? It seemed to me to appropriately fit the picture.

well we do know a few confirmed by MODs snitches here like t-wizzle and cwd...but Rudy, even if some douche like them reports your post, it doesn't mean that anyone has to automatically give you an infraction for it you know.

If so, Shari should be stripped of her moderating duties.

I'm cool with you both I disagree on you being targeted, she's just doing her job - mudshark could easily be perceived to be a racist comment.
My 2 cents.
She isn't a mod, she is an administrator, which probably means she is at least part owner. If that's the case, she decides what the bad words are and she could make "parlay" or "breasts" bad, infractable words if they rub her the wrong way and she doesn't want to see them. It is what it is. I have seen mods say "cracker" which is racially pejorative, and posters throw around "inbred" which is a derogatory description of behavior, but I didn't see them get punished, but maybe they did IDK
I'm no Snitch, so I won't post anything here, but I suggest you go to that little Search box at the top right corner of this page and run a quick query for the following terms:

I guarantee you'd be surprised at what you find...in fact some of the threads, that you find, will have Shari involved in the discussion and she would do absolutely nothing to delete those words from the thread.

Mods should be objective and above all else avoid being subjective. This may be a combination of both feminist insecurity coupled with personal bias? Maybe nothing at all since I don't know the full details. Just my observation

In my brief time and limited observations I've noticed that Shari usually only gets involved when things get out of hand and when she does its with swiftness
And that RR is to clever to ever place himself in danger of being disciplined. Totes the line but at a safe distance with ease
