    Actually I am state licensed in real estate and have closed more than 1k deals as a mortgage originator and notary closing agent.

    Oh she already knows. When me and her best friend were on the splits her friend still wanted me to buy her booze so I sent her friend a box with holes poked all over it (for the animals to breathe) of broken vodka bottles and plush animals. She opened it up at college and lost it on me. I did something else to piss them off and she left the cutest message on the answering machine at the place I was living at, she was shooting absolute fire. I had 3 roommates there and they still would make fun off me for that if they saw me.
