The curved is nice. My friend hooks it up and gets me around 50% sometimes.

Gonna pull the trigger on a 65" LG OLED pretty soon

The Sony XBR 950 is the next best in my opinion

Don't like curved TV's they pick up a glare

Just pulled the trigger on an LG 65" OLED for 2500 delivered with a 2 yr square trade warranty. If there's a better deal on Black Friday I am going to be pissed.

Nothing better than buying an updated TV. I'm due for one. I'll check out prices around the holidays.

My 50" 720p LG Plasma is a little dated, Money. I am upgrading all the TVs in the house and moving the old ones to game rooms/lake cabin. I hate to buy a TV before all the holiday sales, but this was too good to pass up.

This is exactly what I have now, same brand and size. Had it for 10 years, not one problem. When I upgrade I'm definitely buying LG's.

Be careful. THERE OLED is one of best tvs on market but a lot of there mid grade 4k stuff is inferior to a lot of other stuff out there.

Where'd you get it for that price?

Ebay which I am a little nervous about, but the seller has like 300,000 ratings and over 97% positive feedback. I have spoken to them on the phone and it all seems above board.

I bought a 4k 55" about 6 months ago for 330 I believe. It's a Scepter. Never had a problem with them before and I figure, even if I have to replace it in a few years, I'll get my money's worth and be able to get whatever the new tech is then. It isn't HDR, which is a negative but I'm happy with it. Paired it with a RCA sound bar that was on sale.

Had a 80" Seiki before in Louisville and never had a problem with it, grabbed it at Kmart for like 600. Didn't feel like breaking the bank for a name brand 75-80" TV.

Many off brand TVs are owned by the major guys anyway.

That said, send it back and wait for black Friday deals. If you need a TV in the mean time pick one up on Craigslist then resell it after BF.
