    buy yourself liquid or tablet Imodium - best thing that there is out there...I always have it with me when I travel

    the only thing that you can do at home is drink constantly some fluids like water with freshly squeezed lemon and continue to take Imodium.
    if your symptoms don't go away on the 3rd day, go see a doctor and get yourself some antibiotics like Cipro.
    don't wait for too long though
