    short story, 8 of us bachelor weekend toronto to Boston

    4 have tickets
    other 4 dont (including me)


    im holding out for bosox tix
    asi think theyll 10+ games back of wildcard
    SEPT 5TH WEEKEND GAME 142

    thinking online tickets WILL DROP if there outta contention
    currently inflated 250usd a good seat

    a) can i buy from scalpers in boston, are they prevalent ?
    b) and top notch clubs for after party friday and saturday, A+ recommendations.....
    also a good restaurant/steakhouse for the stag dinner opening night....

    its hard to go wrong with food in Boston. Excellent food near the stadium just ask around depending on what type of food you are looking for. Yes also excellent bars/clubs near fenway.

    Yes tickets are extremely easy to scalp but never very cheap to Red Sox games regardless of who is playing or what is at stake.

    Usually the closer you buy the ticket to game time the cheaper the ticket will be. People who sell tickets always get more money the earlier they can sell the tickets before an event.

    As a diehard Sox fan and a frequent visitor to the city and stadium....I recommend pregaming at Cask & Flagon. All bars will be packed before game but this place had a great beer selection and always has hot girls in Pedroia jerseys.

    If you are looking for certain restaurants for certain types of food, DM me.

    Buying seats outside the stadium is easy. One time I had 1 extra ticket that was face value $70....sold it for $20. During the game the person who bought my seat from the scalper told me he spent $60 on it. It was a Toronto/Boston game in July last year. You can get good deals from them. Stubhub still is the safest and best way to go though.

    horrific traffic, over crowding
    low class City with many drunks
    I went 2x and would never go back
