All that booze Philly. Got a hair cut yesterday which is right next to the State store. When I got done, I sat in my car watching all the people pour into the store to buy booze.

Over by Harrisburg, I'm getting slammed. About a foot so far. Storm won't stop until 7 tonight.

Looks like you're definitely ready Philly. It's absolutely amazing the winter you guys have had this year. Spoke to my sister in Wilmington yesterday and my Dad in Willow Grove... they were expecting a beast of a storm. Made me glad that I moved to Vegas and have to "suffer" through this almost seventy-degree day today! Stay warm and stay indoors.

Well, you're lucky being in such warm and comfortable weather right now, pal.

This winter has been nothing short of brutal.

I'm actually thinking of, when we get free of the snow, driving down to Florida and seeing some spring training baseball.

I would like to hit Tampa to see the Yankees, Clearwater to see the Phillies, and then after that, continue on down to the Keys before driving back up.

I eat rather healthy; based on the list you posted, we eat about the same foods. I do most of my shopping at the local farmer's market. I make a rather tasty juice every day with my juicer. I just don't pay extra for grass-fed, organic or free-range food. What's the point?

The point is to not eat poisons like pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, steroids, hormone injections, and whatever else they put into non-organic foods.

    I juice with ginger, pal.

Also, whenever I go to eat Japanese I make sure to get salad with ginger dressing.

    Turmeric, not so much.

Did you know that organic farmers can still use certain pesticides (as they are allowed to under FDA regulations)? As for the rest (with the exception of antibiotics), there just so happens to be a rather powerful acid in your stomach. That hydrochloric acid destroys everything else you mentioned.

You are wasting your money with organic food. Grass-fed, on the other hand, is a different issue. Grass-fed animals provide much more Omega-3 and CLA fatty acids than grain-fed animals.

Of course, the biggest issue of all is bragging to people that you are superior to them.

I never bragged that I was superior to anyone. Don't know where you're getting that from.

Yes, organic farmers can use pesticides but at a level way lower than conventional farmers. Organic foods are way healthier to eat than conventional gmo foods by a mile.

    You mean spices and herbs?

I have all of that, so didn't need to get them.

Plus, I have everything I need to make Sunday gravy.

    I see.

Well, I always have plenty of tomatoes. I need them to make tomato sauce or gravy as we call it in Philly. They are the most important vegetable to me. I am never without them.

Peppers I have but they are far less important to me.

Onions, always have them and garlic as well.
