    Fresh or frozen turkey this year?

    My butcher gets me a damn near live turkey every Christmas eve, it costs almost triple but it's worth it. Frozen food to celebrate the holidays is wrong, it HAS to be wrong.

    Taking the breasts and deep frying them in strips, like chicken strips but much better. Remainder will be smoked and buttered for the health conscious.

    NOTHING beats deep fried wild turkey, those who know, know.

    shot a couple ducks this morning planning on making some fried duck poppers for an appetizer wish we had a fall and winter turkey season like some states.
