Sometimes I turn the top screen with the soundbar up and go full screen on some of these full concerts, turn the lights down and, sometimes like with this Melvin Seals one, I turn the office into a club feel. Other time I aim for the concert feel.

It's cool. Capitol Theatre is always good. Nugs.net, and Relix, like below, just two sources that might lead the industry in what they do, not sure. There are many.

Tonight I'm "going" to two shows. After pumping X to he Z earlier, I'm changing course.

First, right now, is DMB, rock with me and in 3 hours we'll switch to the Capitol Theatre for the main event, the Reverend Melvin Seals...

Nice, I see a couple of names on that list I'd like to see for sure, I bet some of those others jam too.

DMB concert above hitting into a Back in Black Stayin alive jam that's a little funky went right into what sounds like Steve Miller.

Kind of crept up out of the background.

Never smoked cigarettes, started weed at 18 in '76, 47th year, good news for me.

May not be the only factor, but indeed, mechanisms like that are at play. Comparing it to cigarettes is just that much moreso as they are outright carcinogenic.

    Horrible video Digs

In the video, the author of the crime of Abraham Lucano Huarcaya that answers inconsistencies and uses the fictional character of a horror movie to justify his violent actions.

“In other words, I was working there calmly fixing these [balones de gas]and from there it was no longer me, from there it was already ‘Chucky’ […] I don’t know why I hit him”, Vilcatoma told the police officers at the police station.

“I don’t know, I was just there working quietly and since then it hasn’t been me. It was ‘Chucky’ already. It was not me. ‘Chucky’ does not respond or speak”, added the subject.

They're getting better at figuring this out though.

I have to think the worst thing for the lungs is any combustion.

The particulates are awful. Vaping has got to be better, just from a physics/bio stand point.

I wish they would alter these laws and allow a lot more studies to be done. By now they should have pulled this plant apart and put all the useful stuff into non harmful pills, or something similar.

We've been doing as patients all along, picking different things to dab and smoke and find what works best. They need to break the plant down more, then put it back together.

I think we, maybe not you so much anymore, get what we do and did from combusting because of the entourage effect, and the more immediate action.

Agree with edible length but I can't good relief with it throughout. When I try the dose is too much.

I get so much more control with dosage and scheduling with the more immediate ways. I've been trying so hard to just go to edibles and the best I've done is a more hybrid approach. Where the edible sets a base and then inhaling sort of re ups that base if needed. I will inhale less doing so.

I still prefer combustion over anything else, but I've been trying to change and be better.

I have read some serously admirable posts from you recently in that respect.

Also thanks for the kind words about the betting posts. Now, with all that topic in mind and context think of something I once tried to stress in the past.

    Think of regions.

Been playing X to the Z today, lol. Not sure why.

I wasn't even thinking of lung cancer when reflecting on lung health impacts of inhaling cannabis more emphysema, COPD, decreased lung function, lung irritation, etc. I don't know shit about health. I haven't seen any evidence of marijuana causing lung cancer.

Vaping flower seems to be better than smoking, but I'm not sure about smoking flower vs dabbing concentrates. I guess there are more particles in the smoke and the clouds are thicker, you'd have to guess that it would be worse. I did find this study talking about terpenes and chemicals can undergo transformations into more harmful chemicals. Maybe something to think about when you're torching those concentrates as a bowl topper. Particulate density vs chemical composition of what you're inhaling, something to think about.

    https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acsomega.7b01130

Good point about the messed up laws and the lack of studies and research, was thinking the same thing.

Good point bringing up the therapeutic motivation for inhaling cannabis, some important shit. Quality of life is literally on the line for many patients, I definitely have empathy and compassion towards MMJ users. I think intelligent discussions with fellow patients or doctors when possible are beneficial towards making an informed decision and balancing the therapeutic effects, potential negative health impacts, and new research. It would be nice if one could get this information from a doctor and make informed decisions together, but not sure how feasible that is given the attitude towards marijuana among mainstream medicine unless you find some doctor who is "out there". Sometimes popular culture doesn't seem to have enough about potential harm of marijuana, it's more just touted as a safe alternative to alcohol.

    Chapter 2

I appreciate you writing about your experiences as a patient. It helps me get into the mindset of using it effectively to treat one's condition. I'm sure you've experimented with all kind of edibles which could possibly provide more of an entourage effect like RSO, flower rosin edibles, hash rosin edibles, etc.

I've been trying to experiment more and lean on mushrooms, CBD/G/C, and exercise for relief. I really want to believe that edibles will work for me, but honestly I think I might get more cognitive benefit from inhaling. I have a lots of different symptoms to treat including pain and decreased cognitive function. Maybe something going on with the way it enters your system through the lungs and shoots to your brain. After starting microdosing again after a 2 week break, starting to think I don't need to inhale. The mushrooms are a godsend, maybe even a god to me. I need to collect more health data and start journaling more around how this shit effects me.

The hybrid approach seems like a good idea, going to recommend that idea to my recreational buddies.

Thanks for the stress factor, got pulled into a rabbit hole last year trying to get all the D2 teams and NCCAA teams (yes christian teams, poor planning) information and ended up wasting time. I'll get there one day.

People can survive with only one lung, so even if there are some negative health impacts of inhaling, it seems justified if it provides relief.

Usually it takes me 30 minutes to write a short email (hyperbole), now I feel like my ability to formulate sentences is much better.
