LED bars are said to be better than quantum boards (QB) because they provide more uniform coverage
that HLG dimensions are not the best for a 4x4. you can get LED bars that are 45" x 45" around
everyone uses samsung LM301b or lm301h diodes, people suggest around 3000k base + reds for the best spectrum
the are all pretty much the same in a sense if they use Samsung LM301 B or H (they are the exact same diode)
you should look into alibaba, people suggest Kingbrite or Meiju
you should look at number of diodes of lm301 on the fixture, the dimensions of light, wattage and PPFD umols rating
you need to make sure you buy the right shit from the authentic seller on alibaba so that it is legit and electrically safe.

HLG will get you a good product, but you are overpaying. For the price you can get better lights from alibaba or if you want to build yourself

running co2 can increase yields by 10-30% i've heard
sealed room you can run co2 at 1500ppm, 85F, 70% RH, run high light levels at 1000+ PPFD
plant needs the jungle like conditions to run high PPFD LED lights
if you are constantly exhausting, you might hit 75-80F with all the lights on
if you dim the lights and are exhausting, the temps might drop even lower slowing growth
CO2 levels will be between 400-600
plant can't handle full intensity light, you won't be able to max out your LEDs close to the tops unless you run a sealed room
