I am just not sold on Holly, not at all. Let's face it, Rousey was on her way to Hollywood, gigs already booked, and champions almost never take the title out of fighting.
She announced she was taking time off from fighting before "losing" to Holly. From what I can see, Rousey varied from her normal style and tried to fight Holly with Holly's stength of straight boxing.
Rousey gets popped, twice swings and misses, only to turn around after a small delay...the second time Holly kicked her in the fat ugly face.
For these reasons I don't believe in Holly. She, like many other sports champions may have been in the right place at the right time, and could be nothing more than a "flash in the pan."
I'm thinking Tate could win this one.

Rousey would snatch Tate up when she was losing the exchanges between the two
Holly was smart enough to stick and move(great precision too)
But Tate is a gamer and can swing those things herself
