Good call. I should be turned off by food but I'm thinking a few donuts and greasy chicken might expand the waistline a bit but I won't look like that guy.

11 pm to 1 am is only time my diet isn't good. Calories eaten before bed usually store as fat even if your not eating enough calories to maintain my weight

Just google it. I don't eat even half the calories a day that it takes to maintain my weight.
