I have a nice pair of RL Polo shades that are 100% UV protective and polarized. I spend enough time looking at my computer screen (often times without blinking much) and my eyes sometimes get fuzzy, blurry, or just can't focus. I look away and re-focus and it generally goes away. Sometimes if I'm on my bed looking at weird angles, it cant make it worst.
The minimal amounts of UV light from your screen can still do damage over time, you can get 100% UV pairs for cheap these days. Just make sure to read the label so you don't get ripped off with a shotty pair. Also, the general light intensity from my computer screen and glare are minimized by the polarized lens.
Plus you look cool as fukk.
