guess it matters on the department.
i remember watching lock-up on msnbc, and they had hired new guards. this lady the day before was talking about how her kids were nervous that she was working at a jail. anyways the next day they had drug dogs come into the jail, and totally busted her from smoking. dog smelled it on her, then they forced her to take a piss test. but she quit instead.
