thinking about retiring from tennis and lifting weights. I just can't take the Hip pain any longer. Ive been icing and heating it, taking glucosamine, no drugs. I can't afford to have anyone take a look at it. I assume its my Hip. Something sticking out in my upper left area on the side above the groin. Its that knot area we have on both sides. Not sure what you call it. Other times its the lower back on right side. Sometimes its just the big hard bone on the side of the hip. Changes from day to day.
I can still out lift or outplay anyone on a given day , but I'm about to give up. Also been on a perfect diet for almost a month and I've gained ten pounds and feel bloated all day.
If you think I'm a loser now. You haven't seen nothing yet. I can't wait till its all over and I'm out of this world forever. I was hoping to live another 20 years perhaps but it could be any day, could be 3 months, could be a year, but its getting closer to that day.
I will not take any pain killers, only something natural.
I assume it would cost thousands of dollars to fix my hip, who knows, might just need a cortisone shot in the hip but I'm just gonna wait it out. No idea how i injured it, woke up with it that way about a year ago.
About to make my retirement post on facebook on the tennis pages I'm apart of to tell my mixed doubles and men's doubles partners that its over and won't be in any league or tourneys this year.
Had a dream last nite people held a car wash for me and the money was donated so i could see a chiropractor or doctor. Hell the doc would have to hold the bottom of my stomach in after i suck it in just to feel my hip
Gained about 1/8 inch of muscle on my chest in the last month and about 1 1/2 inch of fat
Who knows. Im tough and could change my mind, but I feel almost paralyzed today
