just went to open sbr poker and it was updating when this box opened up, it says its called trace.exe anyone ever see this before??

I have not, but based on the name of it, and the data being shown, I assume that it's just doing a traceroute to different websites. I am also guessing that this has something to do with the network connection issues. By using a program such as this, SBR can determine where the problem lies with future connection issues.

A traceroute is very safe. All it's really doing is telling SBR which 'road' your computer is taking to get to it's front door. Since there are millions and millions of 'roads' that your computer can take, it's helpful to know if a road is congested or closed for repairs, so that things can be adjusted and the traffic re-routed to take different roads.
