Bovada Help ? "Suspicious Activity" "Chip Transfering"

I have searched goggle for people with problems like this and it brought me here.

On October 8th I joined Bovada after playing poker on America’scardRoom and reading in the chat Of the table that Bovada has really soft games , much easier and softer than AmericasCardRoom . The table chat continued mentioning about a wider variation of sports and live sports betting then americas card room . With these factors I decided to open a Bovada account . October 8th I opened an account and I continued and deposited VIA bitcoin for $90 . The first game I played was not as I suspected graphics were not the best and controls were more different than I was used too. I felt i couldnt get used to the horrible graphics. I ended up winning my first game ($25 Omaha heads up sng) I then went to a 1/2 Omaha heads up cash game and won a few hundreds can’t remember the exact number but left with maybe 4-$500.. I then left and went to 2/5 Omaha heads up cash game and went in a absolute luck streak heater . I won one session around 1000ish left the table and re-sat another 2/5 heads up table with 500 and left the 2/5 session with around $2500 total. I then went on to play a $210 heads up sng that I proceeded to lose . I then went to open 4 more tables all at once . With a total of $1500 on the four tables . And on the side I bet two live basketball games for $300 each winning one and losing one . On the cash games I ended up losing another around $300 . After these poker games and basketball games I cleared my rollover for deposit and cashed out leaving around $200 in the account . One day later I get a email saying “suspicious activity” and account was locked and they asked for bank statement and ID which I sent in INSTANTLY . Two days later they asked for a phone call and this is where it got horrible . I was accused of “chip transferring” which was the most ridiculous claim, Bovada runs a anonymous software where you can’t see who your opponents are or is and their cash games are randomly sat with other people . I registered for cash games and played whoever they sat me with every single time . And with the views of my hand histories it will prove that there was no such foul play . I lost a few 1k pots and won a few 1k pots . I lost a few all ins and won more all ins than I lost . I have social anxiety and have a hard time talking at times so on the phone call this man asked me questions that I answered, I have never been accused of cheating so this was hard for me to deal with but I knew I didn’t do nothing wrong it’s just my anxiety gave me a hard time talking . He then said I was muting the call and getting fed answers and I told him no there was nobody . The only person in the room was my 3 year old nephew , and my dog in the room and offered to video chat to prove it . He then yelled at me saying he would later have his assessment and their decision later that day which was on Friday . It now Monday with no word since . My cash out of $2300 was canceled and my account was banned .

I have provided everything they have asked for as soon as they asked.
I have called as soon as they asked me to call.

Is this usual that i get ignored for 4-5 days ?

you get ignored when they think you are guilty of collusion or chip dumps....still not anonymous as you make it seem as it's still easy to attempt collusion with a partner in crime at bodog. their software can tell. Also strange a $90 deposit player who is trying to act like a newbie ends up at 2/5 games multi tabling at that....Quite a few red flags I'd say.....

It sounds like your phone call went badly.

But honestly, it might be good if that is what has mostly raised enough suspicion to make them audit your play.

Because if you think that is the main reason they got concerned, then you should feel confident they will clear you after the hand audit.

I guess that is cold comfort with your condition, but you'll probably just have to try not to think about it and wait it out until they have completed the check.

Did you respond to that email we spoke about and ask for an update?

Try posting some of the hands from bovada. Then we can tell if you have a case or if chip dumping occurred. If you won all ins, that's one thing. If you 5 bet pre and opponent folded and you paid $0 in rake, that's a different story.

You can download the hands after 24 hours so they should be available for you in the client.

The hand history will prove no dumps. I understand what your saying. I just was on a heater and after only depositing $90 and running very good streak I just felt good to try higher and was lucky at the higher levels also . I do play anything from 1/2 to 2/4 on acr so not a newbie at these stakes just a newbie in Bovada .

Yes phone call probably is the only thing that I had trouble with but I know for sure the hand histories will clear me and I know truthfully no chip dumping happened .
how long do hand audits take ? I probably only played less than 5 hours straight .

I did ask for an update but I didn’t get a reply via email yet .

Hey . No they banned my account I can’t even log in .
No cash game hand played was ever 5 bet pre and then folded to avoid any rake . I would like to post my entire hand histories from the 210 heads up sngs to the 1/2 and 2/4 cash games and you guys would no there was no chip transferring but like I said I can’t even get in .

    A few hands I remember was on a 10 2 3 flop I had AK105 we got all in for around a $1200 pot and opponent had 10 10 4 6 . I lost the pot

another hand I made a bad read for $700 pot I had top two and opponent 3/4 bet on river and I called and opponent had the nuts .

another hand for over $700 pot I had two pair on a flop after a 3 bet pot pre and opponent had a bigger two pair , we got all in and then runner runner I hit a back door straight .

Another hand at 2/5 I got it all in pre vs my opponent with AKJ8 double suited vs his AQ56 double suited for $1200. I won

there is a lot of other hands to prove my innocence but these are some I remember .

    Never fast

I don't know how much effort is involved for them to do it properly, but a week or two would not shock me from previous reports :\
