Razz that story is somewhat of a half-truth as Brodie has been a well-known sharp for years, and had found and exploited a high limit deuces wild machine with close to a 1% player's edge. Brodie (amongst a few others) is well known for travelling and popping machines with a player's edge. He also seems to have inside knowledge into faulty chips as well. I wouldn't lose a whole lot of sleep over him as he is loaded upon loaded as is.

All that aside, he of course should not be booted for this. More relevant to us all is Harrah's arrogance and overall lack of care for players. I played in the WSOP event at Harrah's New Orleans last year, and even I was surprised how cheap they've become there. We won't even go into what they've done to the Horseshoe properties. And the sickest art of all is that they're acquiring more and more previously player-friendly properties and ****ing them up as I type. It's only a matter of time before they put a dent in the WSOP legacy. **** Harrahs!

i never liked Harrahs. i visited Harrahs ain vegas once...what a zoo. full of lower middle class yahoos.

actually i don't like the strip at all. The odds on games tables are horrible on the strip...i prefer to go to the ones in downtown or primm. the worst casino on the strip got to be bally/paris paris. They hired those snooty european dealers at the 25 dollar tables...i have no idea what the hell are those dealers' problems, it almosts seems that their only source of entertainment is watching people lose money...they even make sarcastic wise cracks when people win. what a bunch of assholes.

here is the list of casinos i like in vegas (a little outdated since i have not been there for a long time):
    suncoast
    green valley ranch
    casinos near the fremount street
buffalo bill (primm)...i like their roller coaster also
    palms
montel carlo (i think the only casino i liked on the strip)

I was there this year, though I didn't play anything but the cash game. I was embarassed for them. The Imperial Palace in Biloxi is better than Harrah's NO right now.
