How come I suck at online poker but place live all the time???

serious question, and I read the betonline complaints and have witnessed chip dumping on low limit tables.

I got hit with a player dumping a AA raise into my K2 and was short stacked.

I dumped and hit a 2 on the river or else I would not have placed. Their poker seems like it is not realistic and maybe my online play there has affected my live play since I have not placed live in a tourney this year but i have only played 3 live events. I placed 3-4 times cashing 800-1500 dollars each time in live events and went on pull some money out of cash ring games last year. With the circuits coming up, I am just tried of losing with AQ to A6 or low bad beats all the time.

What is the basic opinion of online poker sites, they all seem like a huge amount of bad beats and besides the freerolls. I am thinking my online poker play is a waste of time.

I need to explain better I ended up short stacked on a 1 up player and saw a chip leader double raise the blind up and then fold out and no call checks. It was so obvious that I was going to file a complaint but I was a winner so I did not.

I have AA vs A10, in a huge tourney all in pre

    Why are my chances ZERO?

I call the flop and every single turn and river what cards will come.

    Random

pocket AAs should win 80 percent of the time that means you only lose 2 or 3 times out of 10. I lose with them over 50 percent of the time online. Online poker is garbage and I see no real value in it.

all of them have bad beats that they attribute to randomness and this in turns make you play chitty cards in hopes of hitting a roulette or bingo hand. I use the sports book and bet online poker very little but to say it is not what it is, is just stupid.

There is a little difference between online and live poker. But, if you know your poker, you'll figure it out. I cash live tournaments frequently, in fact, I cashed 3 out of my last 3 WSOP tournaments consecutively. I came close to the big prize a couple of times, but just missed on the 5 figure scores. This is why I'm currently seeking a backer. You can make some real money playing live tournaments.

I have cashed, too but just am in a bad streak right now. I am thinking I will just play blackjack to hit money for entry into the poker tournaments that way the bad beats are throwing me out, quickly. Poker is poker but dam, I am just tried of losing with 80-90 percent hands when they end up being coin flips. Suck outs suck and I end up not playing enough lower quality hands to put me in a position to have AA or AQ or AKs to hold.

you are only 80/20 if you are HEADS UP to the flop. when its 3way to flop you are 50/50. if 4 way, you are underdog. is the money going in post flop, or preflop. if all in preflop, you will win most times. if you want me to take your action on one and insure you, i would take that bet any day.

either you have selective memory and only remember the times you win with AA, or you are going to flop with more than 1 other person. jam it all in preflop and you will win over 80% of time heads up.
