    Call or Raise

Watching this 1 mill tourney and on the hand Seidel goes out of the tourney...

Seidel goes allin for 125k with A10
Other player puts in 2 x 100k chips with 22

They play it out and the deuces win.

After the hand there is an argument about whether the 2 x 100k chips was a call or raise bet. The player said he meant to raise but ruling is it is a call.

Why is it not considered a raise?

And why does it matter anyway if there was only those 2 players left in the hand?

    Oversized chip rule

    Just a call

Just like when at the casino and you throw out a $100 chip and say nothing it's just a call.

There were a couple of players yet to act between the all in player and the Magician.
