    Orlando @ Cleveland (Game 7)

    Game 7
    Cleveland - 3.5
    Total 195.5

    Game seven.
    What's the age-old adage?
The two most exciting words in sports, "Game seven"

Personally, I love game sevens, and I try to make a point to watch them.
Doesn't have to be a team I have a rooting interest in, or a wager.
I don't need to have action on a game seven, I'll watch it regardless.

The -3.5 suggests to me that this game played on a neutral court is a man-to-man pick.
Razor sharp betting line IMO, I do think the game is toss up, I'm tempted to grab the -3.5.
(I'm a sucker for dogs getting the handicap in even up games.)

Total 195.5 suggests to me the line makers seem to think both teams might be a little tight being the magnitude of the game and all.
That line is razor sharp as well, that's just my opinion.

I'll try to make a long story short, which I'm pretty much not capable of doing.

Orlando +140 on the money line.
Reason being I believe there is value there at +140 on what I think is a coin flip.

    Orlando +140 money line.

Mobley had 3pts in 34mins last game .....these American guards don;t know how to pass the penetrating ball. Since Rubio went down so has Mobley's career.

Much 1on1 for both of these teams. It's Mitchell vs Banchero.

GL with the play, Nashy. I can't knock it. Some notes:

    1) ORL has been shooting > I expected. Especially Banchero. He's usually not that efficient.
    2) It's all about the Allen injury. Dropoff to the backup is huge. Especially on the offensive end, where Allen is efficient.
    3) Too much made out of the Homer trend. The flip on HCA is too heavy. No reason ORL can't win here.

I was looking for fewer points. The Allen absence is bigger on offense. This CLE center Morris doesn't figure to score much.

Oddsmaker adjusted the Total down significantly. Beating the bettor to the punch, if you will.

No play for me. GL, Nash.

Orlando looking like they want it more so far after the first six minutes.
But that can change in a heartbeat.

Loving Mobley's defense on the Cav's part so far.

The Magic are swarming all over the place on defense, and hitting some timely 3s. Cavaliers are frustrated, and that is not helping the situation for them either.

Cavs are a 1 man team

Orlando a much better team but their inexperience showing a little

Would be extremely impressive if Mitchell can somehow will his team to victory after that early hole

All the calls went CLE way. As soon as the Magic were about to run away with it. If they blew air on Mitchell, foul and free throws.

Cleveland was down big early but came back to win it. My money was on the Cavs and I was sweating that game early on. Strong finish by the Cavs. Donovan Mitchell finally showed up!

On to Boston next. Good luck with that Cavs. I don't see them going far in that series. Buzz saw. Barely beating Orlando in game 7 at home is one thing but facing the Celtics without the home court is another.

Okoro solved Banchero in the 2h. Key to the game.

    Most of the calls, yes.

I say most because Orlando got some favorable whistles most of the 1Q.
2H Cleveland was the recipient of many what I like call WTF whistles.
The refs didn't cost Orlando that game anyway, Cleveland's coaching staff making the proper halftime adjustment won them that game, and that Donovan Mitchell dude too.

I'll be kind and just say the referees called an inconsistent game.

I really didn't have a dog in that fight.
I like what both teams are trying to in a mid-size market.
I had a small forty-dollar money line action wager on Orlando which I don't consider 'a dog in that fight'.

I'm thrilled for the loyal Cleveland fan base.
I place a premium on loyalty in real life, loyalty is strong positive character trait.
Believe me, I'm a KC Royals fan, the biggest.
When your team wins a World Series once every quarter century and you're still a fan after watching 24 consecutive years of horseshit you get a lesson in loyalty.

Almost all like-minded KC Royals fans are the best.
    Humble and loyal.
Most humbler than me, I can be a bit of a blowhard, but I'm true blue.
    (See what I did there)?

Good on Cleveland for advancing, and good on Orlando for showing up and showing out all regular season.

I wonder how many young gamblers watched the first quarter and decided to jump on Orlando thinking it was easy money

Bet they learned a valuable lesson

Vegas put on a show with that one and the refs took control of the outcome of the over/under by calling a million fouls to ensure the scoring picked up after the 1st

    guys
home teams and star players get the calls in the NBA playoffs.
this goes all the way back to the Celtics in the 60's,
ever era since then, home teams and star players get the calls.

you ever heard of michael jordan, magic johnson and larry bird? they used to get ALL OF THE CALLS !!!

donovan mitchell by far the best player on the floor and Cavs the home team and you are surprised by this?

    really?

    he just tired out

1h if you really looked at the box score it was all him... Wagner who had a line of 19.5 for the game got in foul trouble early and ended up having a nightmare of a game and Suggs missed 90% of his shots after he hit his first 3 of the game

so once the Cavs came all the way back to tie it then grab a lead it was over. Duke product was tired and was never going to push scoring 50 after 24 first in the first half
