    Can someone explain this to me? (end of BYU game)

    I had BYU -4 for the 2nd half. I am not watching the game. But this is what I just read on CBSsports

    Did Fredette really just launch a 3 with his team leading by 11, 9 seconds left and the shot clock turned off??? Can someone who was watching tell me what happened there. Did they foul him and he tossed it up and the refs didn't call anything? Or is he really that much of an asshole?

    OK, thank you. Strangely, that actually makes me feel better about winding up with a push when I had thought it was pretty much locked in. And now I don't have to hate Jimmer Freddete.

    Wofford guy dribbled down the court to make a layup but 2 BYU guys tried to block him with 2 seconds left, so he kicked it out for a 3 and the rest is history!

    they werent gonna lose no way no how..he did take a couple of seconds early but just a beat if you were on byu.
