    Saw "The Mechanic" today

    Had a few good scenes, but I thought it was a dud overall. Mini Anden's ass on a big screen was worth the $6 alone I guess. Other than that, just the usual blood, explosions, and everything else.

    Probably will go straight to Starz and Encore

    I really wanted to see the movie...Not sure if I'll catch it in theaters, since the only time I go is to see a movie that is a "need to see now" movie.


    I like Statham and Ben Foster, and the trailer looked pretty damn good and packed with action.

    Sad to see you give it a poor review.

    The original was good so it's hard to see a remake. It never lives up to the expectations.

    It was a nice commercial for General Motors, you've got to give it that. The original was definitely better, but this retread is still worth seeing for the brutal and violent fight scenes.
