    In Europe it is incredibly easy to instantly deposit and instantly withdraw with tons of methods available

    Other than jamaica, rebatewager and 5 dimes as far as getting paid it is a fukkin hassle with long delays and red tape

    To be fair, you can't blame the US facing books for that.
    Most of them (RebateWager is an exception) do accept Neteller and/or Moneybookers (for non-Americans) and do arrange payouts on the same day as requested.
