    Overall, I thought Minor threw well. The couple of bloop hits and Gonzo's error hurt. He should have left with the lead. Solid first start. Has certainly earned another start.

    Unfortunately, the Braves road woes continue...

    this kid looked real good yesterday for only playing pro ball for year. he has a smooth delivery and has a great selection of pitches. i think he have a good career in the majors.

    The Braves are 64-48 and lead tghe NL East by 1.5 games. No team that is in first place after more than 100 games is a "fraud".

    Now, are they going to hold off the Phillies after they get back Utley, Howard and Victorino? I don't know. As a Braves fan I hope they do. If they don't figure out a way to play better on the road, I have my doubts.
