    that picture is a perfect representation of how shitty this country has gotten

    street signs are in terrible shape, with random pricks putting stickers like "meth is fun" on them... grass growing out of the sidewalk... bars on the door across the street

    DUNNO HOW OLD PIC IS but thats lower part of S philly anything below tasker dickinson sts is like littered with garbage and trash

    but the farther south streets like 2200 - 3100 way cleaner


    worst area is every st west of 21st from washington ave down mixed races mostly black n cops are very busy night time

    look we are huge population metro cit almost at 3 million now just like other major cities san fran la chi dallas etc we have not enough police force to contain the criminal elemnt and police salary is a joke

    but one thing i can say about philly police they don't act like other cops always shooting unarmed blk males running away from them.
