Nah. Mostly it should be based on the number, and to some extent, variety of books. Illinois has 6 books, but 2 are the same and 3 are mickey mouse. We'll get more next year though and could leap ahead.

When they reduce, it's across the board percentage. Same as other books also. I think they have their regular max" on everything and then when they reduce they just make it a fraction of that. In this, case it was reduced by 80% from where I was before. Ugh. Not quite game over, but definitely a blow. They are so easy to beat, it had to happen.
