I mean, of course I'm interested, and I'd throw my hat in the ring for support. But what is the justification for this? The U.S. pretty much taxes all forms of income. I know that some countries don't tax gambling winnings. What argument has been made there?

I'm sure that one of the reasons these states have been so eager to legalize sports betting is for the tax revenue, so I expect it will be tough sledding.
