This is the fundamental difference between a pro and an amateur. Value is key, not labels like underdog or favourite.

Hindsight 20/20, looking back, whatever play would have won is always the play that should have been bet - no matter what the juice was. There is no juice when you win, a loss is paying 100% juice.
That being said and not being able to see into future, some risks are not worth the rewards.
