    the line went down to 7.5 and pop back to 8 now, it mean it got steam on the under 8..at least the Durham game started out ok 2-0 now in the 1st

    Don best steam plays are unreliable, it likely meant nothing, especially without tracking or context, but mostly because they post the wrong line when it steams.
