    I'm a little concerned as I just noticed there is not a chat option or a phone number to call with any issues. I have never seen a book without this. I sent an email the other day and it bounced back - thankfully as a wager duplicated but it was a winner !

    Payouts do not include bitcoin.

    I thought they were associated with betonline?

    it's backonline and they do have bitcoin payouts. I couldn't logon earlier and was reading generic rules.
