    Your thoughts on Wagerweb?

I've been a customer of theirs for a few years now. I have used them off and on over the years but have used them every day the last couple of months.

I have to say, they are a very underrated book.

Customer service is competent and friendly. They use common sense if you have any issues. You can actually call these people and talk to a human unlike some other books. If you message them, they will usually call you back or at least answer you via email in a reasonable amount of time.

    They grade wagers really quick.

Deposits credited quickly. Great bonus offers if you qualify.

Payouts are just as fast as Heritage (same day, usually in the afternoon).

They offer some nice contests with a lot less competition as the major books.

If you are a bonus taker, I encourage you to give them a try. If you are not a bonus taker, probably not your type of book as they don't have low juice (they have standard including dime lines on baseball).

I guess it all depends on what you are looking for in a book and what type of player you are.

Overall, I'd rate them as an A-

I also forgot to mention that when sports got shut down due to COVID, I had a balance in their book and I haven't completed my rollover.

This book waived my remaining rollover and immediately paid me without any penalty. How many books do you know that would do the same thing?

    Yes, pretty much same everything.

Only difference is better customer service for Wager Web, better bonuses for Wagerweb. Better juice at Heritage.

They use the same customer service reps as Heritage, so I’m not sure how they are better CS than Heritage. Both very hit and miss CS. Not as good as they were a couple of years ago.

Very low limits. $100 on most props, and they count UFC, auto racing and golf win bets as props. Lines aren’t very good either.

Heritage doesn't even allow me to call on the phone.

When I play props, it's never for more than $100 so it doesn't bother me.

It's all about what type of player you are.

Heritage is also excellent too. I use them as well. Mostly for the low juice stuff including overnight MLB lines.

If you don’t like bonuses and you’d rather like lower juice then Heritage is the place

If you prefer bonuses, then Wagerweb is the place to go to. Really nice bonuses.

Wager Web customer service way better than Heritage in my opinion

i do not know. i can only assume as long as it is done in the sportsbook it does count. i used to do table tennis and it counted the same as other sports.

saw this on the site now:

Sportsbook Volume is defined at WAGERWEB as the lesser of the risk or win amount of each wager. Casino, poker, and free play volume do not count towards this rollover. If the client chooses to withdraw funds from the account before these requirements are fulfilled, all bonuses, fees and winnings from these monies can be forfeited and deducted from the account balance. Winnings will be determined at the sole discretion of WAGERWEB. Acceptance of any bonus from WAGERWEB is considered an agreement to this policy.

I’m going to give Youwager one more try.

70% free play cash out anytime above deposit and bonus is a very good deal. Nobody can beat that.

Wagerweb solid. A-/B+. Low limits when you have a roll over but they are straightforward about it. I just took 100% cash bonus today. 100% cash from an A- book. Can't beat that.

WagerWeb is a rickety ship of Somali Pirates, and we are their crew of hostages. When they get your money they keep your money. They have had my balance every since I think the Greek turned over our balances nearly 10 years ago. Not impressed at all but I will keep playing until I no longer have a balance since I'll never meet their rollover requirements.
