    1) Should have kept the first round pick they gave Boston to move up two spots to draft a guy they would have gotten at 3 anyway. Then they dump him!

    2) Should have kept Jimmy Butler. He had the attention of Embiid and Simmons, was a team leader and clutch shooter. They were within a crazy bounce from beating Raptors last year.

    Butler was leaving regardless to Miami. Was already in the cards. Agreed on the 1st rd pick
