    I don’t think it a question the bron/ad combo is best in league, the problem is after those 2 a lot of teams blow their roster away. Bron gonna have to play 46 min a game and bring the ball up all game now that rondo hurt and with Bradly bitching out like a punk and staying home.

    Lebron wants another title real bad. He has been very vocal about restarting. This could end up biting him in the ass if him or Davis get Covid during the playoffs. I actually think it might be better for them to get Covid NOW instead of later. Westbrook should be ready to go.

    I never pay any attention to the times we have heard for various reasons the “Asterisk” season, not much different than when 10 years later they try and tell us a ncaa team we watched win it all didn’t win it!

    Pretty simple for me, I don’t care about the circumstances, if they play and a team wins it imo they as much of champs as all the past and future champions in different seasons.

    That's what I've been saying. Timing is good for those testing positive now. It's often portrayed as this awful event because a player, tested whether sick or not, is positive.

    But it's not all bad.

    From what I can tell, Westbrook had symptoms but wasn't bad.

    There was some concern about the effects on the heart and that it's not good for that condition to stress the heart like an NBA player would. NBA doctors were worried but I don't know of any NBA player that's even had to go to the hospital for the virus. I think the concern is larger for those that get more sick initially, requiring hospitalization.

    Some of those unkowns are a little scary.

    I think the main reason they playing (other than obviously money) is the fact bron wanted to play so everyone got on board (most everyone). They say bron in great shape, been working out like a monster. Wonder how pissed off he was when Bradly bitched out? We have seen bron many times take a band of scrubs far but when they run up against a deep talented team like the clippers fall short..

    Yeah, it's not so much water cooler or chilling talk between people, I'm thinking more of the talking heads and headline writers.

    In a sense, I agree with you.

    Unless, say, one whole team comes down with Kung Flu in the middle of the Finals, that would be tough to forget...

    Too many variables though

    AD gets covid and has to sit out for 14 days and then what

    With a full roster Lakers are the best team for sure

    Anthony Davis cannot be contained by the likes of the clippers

    Bradley not playing is a huge huge loss though
