One of the best gambling interviews that I've listened too.

The interview was yesterday. He sets the NFL live lines and he's now doing it for Madden sim. I'm not sure if he's doing any other sports.

Although he did say that live lines are put up manually by a person. He told us everything that goes into setting lines, how he treats sharps as well as the public.

Thanks Raiders. It was a good listen. A little slow at first when the "trader" was discussing his background and how he got to were he is (head trader for Bookmaker) but after that it was very informative on how bookmakers make/adjust lines, how they handle sharps/limits, live betting, etc... Having only been on the public side of the business, I learned quite a few things about how bookmakers work.

Some professionals likely know all this stuff but for most bettors it will be informational.

One thing I was surprised about was that bookmakers could care less about recreational bettors. They'll always make money on avg Joe's. They leverage their business off of sharps.
