Could Eli Manning be an upgrade at QB for any team next year?
Let's assume he does not price himself out of the market. He has already collected (250 million?). I mean if he was willing to be a backup - he could play for nothing and the team could spend some money on things other than qb.
Like, maybe, a top level offensive coordinator and a stable of good wide receivers.
