Interesting article. Legal handle from June 2018 through October 2019 of 13.9 Billion and it is just getting started. This includes Nevada's handle as well, Revenue of just over a Billion so a 7.2% hold.

What percent of offshore books revenues that take US Citizens come from the US? I guess it depends on the book but I assume very similar percentage?

Also the tax rate of revenue in some of these states is a joke. PA 28.6%???
