These the same homers from years ago? With the good guys and bad guys talk? With that said all home commentators are pretty much like that. They act like their team never does anything wrong, its hard to listen to.

I think Hawk only calls the road games now

he likes to go on the road and hit the 75 year old strange

but when in Chicago he doesn't want to call the games, but just stay home with his wife

Jason Benetti/Steve Stone work the home games (very good). Stoney/Hawk do the road games, Chuck Swirsky calls the games Hawk doesn't. Yes, Harrelson is awful, worst by a mile.

Hate on the Hawk all you want. I'll take a homer announcer any day of the week over the bennetti guy they have as the replacement or the 2 pencil neck geeks they have on the northside.

Hawk invented fake news, at least he can get the facts right. No one really cares about his drinking with Jim Lonborg and the boys from the 1967 Red Sox team.

Jose Abreu isn’t the only White Sox free agent who sees big things ahead for the ballclub and very much wants to re-sign so he can be a part of it.

There’s also TV analyst Steve Stone.

“I’m not anticipating any problems, but I am one of the lesser free agents,” Stone said Thursday, fielding questions from his offseason home in Arizona.

“They want to get something done with Abreu, certainly. I think it’s a foregone conclusion they’ll get that done. And they’ve given me every indication that things will continue, but the fact is that I don’t have a contract. ... I’m not too concerned about it. I’m hoping it continues. I really enjoy being there.”

He and play-by-play man Jason Benetti brought out the best in each other in Benetti’s fourth season in the job and first on a full-time basis.

“I think it comes out in the broadcast that I truly enjoy what I’m doing, and I don’t anticipate not doing it, so we’ll see,” Stone said. “I have no reason to believe that this won’t come about. They’ve given me every reason to believe that it will.”

One might not know Stone had yet to be retained were it not for a recent tweet that included this line: “I don’t know if I’ll be back but good times are coming” for the Sox and their fans.

    Hawk Harrelson lol

Him and Kent Hrbek used to jaw at a h other real good

Hawk had an on air melt down when Puckett got into the HOF

Best of him was back when sox were terrible, losing 100+ and hes doing commentary during first pitch and visiting batter just parks it 475 ft+ and Hawk doesn't even break stride...keeps rolling with his dumb story and sponsors and then a big sigh...."and oh, there went another bomb and the Sox taking it face down again"

    Guy is a clown
