The line was posted for a reason. Not asking who you have without odds, astros are 18.00 to win 10. At plus 160 id go yankees. Houston does have the edge. But 180 is too high in my view.

Houston would have been -250 before losing game 3 and 4, they still have Cole and Verlander.

good point...-185 is kinda steep though for a series price. would have to imagine you'll be better off betting Houston in game 1 and 2...

id be worried about astros pitching, verlander was off last game, cole has been great but he had to go over 100 pitches twice and now will only be avaliable game 3 and game 7 so most likely yanks only seeing him once, and greinke and miley big question marks,

Yankees only chance is if severino can pitch at a high level, their rotation has no chance otherwise.

He's not 19, 100 pitches is no big deal.

    +170 reduced juice
    Dead money? Really?
First off this Yankee offense are masters at working the count.
Secondly Yankee bats can match the Astros sticks man for man.
LeMahieu had a bona fide MVP season. Torres banged out 38 homers. Sanchez 33 homers. Judge 28 jacks and he missed 60 games. Gardner hit 27. DiDi hit 16 and he missed exactly half the season.
Cole or Verlander had better be pretty much mistake free because those Yankee bats know how to handle mistakes.

Yes, Houston has the better starters, NY has the better relievers.
Too call the Yankees dead money is pure ignorance.

Oh I’ll be more than happy to post a screen shot of my ticket if you want.
I’ve been shutting up posters on these boards for close to a decade now.

as a diehard Astros fan, I have no idea what to think about this series. I want to see the numbers based on the 4 teams left on who would be an all-star if they put 1 team together.

The entire pitching staff just held a team that set the record for homeruns in a season to 7 runs in 3 games.

    No pitching...OK.

Yankees are rested and were not pushed at all in Divisional round. Houston is fortunate to have win the last series ( could have lost a game in top of 9th with bases loaded and no outs to TB) Anyway Yankees are the clear value play here and have rest which equals World Series imo. Good luck

    Paxton hasn't lost a game since 7/26.

Tanaka has a career 1.50 era in the post season.

Severino may be a question mark but he showed against the twins that he has matured as a pitcher and got out of a bases loaded, no out jam and also other threatening situations. His head may be in the right place this time around for the playoffs and he clearly has the stuff. Limited tape on him this year. I assume he's made adjustments since last years shit show in the playoffs.

The above combined with the best bullpen left in the playoffs makes them extremely dangerous.
