If you think Toronto will win the series there is much better value in betting them to win game 2 than betting them to win the series.

I do not think they have a greater than 72.2% chance of winning series so no, it would be dumb and -EV to take them.

    5 games this Year...Magic Up 3-2

I’ll tell ya, this is not the matchup the Raptors wanted, being from Toronto and a Raps fan, Orlando is a scary matchup for the dinosaurs. Not only were the magic one of the hottest teams in the NBA the last 12-15 games, but they also have had the Raptors number as of late. They also have a couple former Raptors on their squad in Terrance Ross and Bismarck Biyombo. Little bit of extra motivation for those guys to stick it to their former squad after being traded away. For the sake of the franchise and the possibility of keeping the Claw (doubt he stays regardless) you can’t lose in the first round to a team like Orlando. I still think the Raptors won the series, but with their playoff struggles in the past, and Lowry putting up a GOOSEEGG in game 1, guys start to pucker up and mentally put themselves behind the 8 ball. We’ll see how it plays out !

I think -200 would be a buy point for me.

With that said, I like Magic +9.5 Game 2. They are still undervalued here

Toronto will win the series 100 percent. -260 is a crappy price and not something I can bet

From 5 to 7 games. Can't have an 8 seed advancing in the playoffs.

I would pass on that bet. Orlando is the best team in east right now.

Orlando isn't winning this series. It took lots of luck for them yesterday to barely win. No value on the line though

i sometimes question if you people even watch NBA.

or do you just listen to the non-sense news.

Orlando is straight garbage. they had a good run at the end of the season playing teams on rest and sub par 500. They got lucky to win last night.

To whoever says they are the best team in the east... best defensive team.... Must be on some kind of bath salts.

Orlando have a record of 23-9 since january 29, and have the best defensive eff. of the nba since then.

They beat Boston, Pacers, 76rs, Warriors, Bucks, during that stretch

I think that we have a cindarella in here, i have a bet on raptors to win the east. But Magic are playing awesome, DJ Augustin and Vucevic are in thier primes, Gordon is playing the best defensive game of his life.

NBA doesn't want "Cinderellas." That's why they went to 7 games trying to avoid that. Orlando would disrupt the plan if they win.

Orlando no depth one lucky game. will be extremly lucky to push this one to 6 games.

Gasol is no push around like Jonas.

Lowry still lowry but he wont have another 0 for game

I'm always confused when I read posts like this. If you think Toronto wins 100%, why wouldn't you bet -260? Why wouldn't you bet -2600?

Toronto is a roster comprised of mercs. Most of them won't be there next year, hard to win playoff basketball with that kind of chemistry

Pork chop Lowry was downright pitiful in every single facet, Toronto nearly hung on without a point guard

Everyone else was fine, kawhi predictability on offense is worrisome. Orlando defenders knew what he was going to do on every move

If Toronto wins any less than 3 of the next 4 - they are still in trouble. They win 2 and lose 2 and they have to win both of the last two in a win now or go home scenario with game 6 being away for them. I think the value is the +200 for Orlando.

Honestly who would care? Toronto isn’t exactly a draw. I don’t think they will but magic winning would be way more interesting for the league. Nobody is tuning in to round 2 to see the craptors.

I wondered the same thing, guy says 100% chance craptors win but can’t lay -260? Math not everyone’s strength I suppose, lol.

I dunno would it? Just telling you as the normal casual fan that craptors being in round 2 or magic being in round 2 makes no difference whether I tune in.

Yea me either. I’m not saying that wouldn’t be a good matchup just that diehards gonna watch regardless and think magic winning would be every bit as interesting to the casual fan as a Toronto/philly series. Toronto just not a team nba gonna freak out over losing, can’t imagine they offer much of a ratings hike. Leonard isn’t exactly a box office star.
