Rudy what if he was not a grad. Do u think he has to sit out more years if he transfers OUT of conf rather than IN conf? Do u realize an IN conf transfer must sit out 2 years as opposed to just 1 ??

Pretty damn impressive to graduate college in 3 years while playing qb. Wish this kid nothing but success wherever he lands.

Undergrads who transfer face stricter rules transferring within conf than out. Ncaa doesn't want other schools in conf recruiting a kid from another school and the kid transfers in conf out of revenge.

It was NOT OK not to know that transfers within a conf sit out 2 years as opposed to 1. That is college football knowledge 101

Right because he's a GRAD transfer. Follow the convo from the beginning or shut up. Rudy thought inter conference transfers don't sit out but out of conf transfers do.

RULE FOR AGES - NON GRAD TRANSFERS SIT OUT 2 YEARS IF THEY TRANSFER WITHIN THE CONF

Sec +150 is god awful, no way he goes against bama. Houston gives the AAC a lot of value. Miami seems like a good fit for him 2

Houston is not a bad choice, especially with offensive minded Dana Holgorsen going there to run the show.

Post #5. You intimated that if he was an undergrad he'd only have to sit out if he transferred OUT of conf. Wrong. Sits out 2 years if IN conf and only 1 year if IN conf.

But he's a GRAD so it's moot. Anyhow going forward you'll know that it's worse for the player to transfer IN conf.

    Let's move on.

    that's is 100% inaccurate.

If a player has not graduated and he transfers WITHIN the conf, he gets *punished* worse along with the school he transfers to: sits out 2 years

If a player has not graduated and he transfers OUTSIDE the conf, he only sits out 1 year.

    big difference.

NCAA strongly discourages INTRA conference transfers, i believe because they don't want interconference coaches recruiting malcontents from other schools, and they don't players transferring to rival schools for revenge purposes.

the moral of the story is: if you have Not graduated and you Must transfer, go OUT OF conference.

    done.

Houston’s Qb is better than Hurts

most of the SEC candidates will play Alabama. The SEC won’t let that fly

i believe he'll have a very strong senior year.

mediocre QBs dont come back down 7 to a strong Georgia team in the the quarter of a CCG.

he did not have a 24-2 record as starter at Bama, being mediocre

he will have a very strong senior year. book that.

Houston’s the first school/coach that popped into my mind when I saw the news today since he’s from there. If I had to pick one it would be TCU though.
